(The following communication was shared with BDI customers to clarify inquiries regarding recent SolarWinds news.)

Dear Customer,

BDI is aware of the recent compromise of SolarWinds’ Orion network management tool. We are sympathetic to the issues caused for SolarWinds and its customers and we hope they are able to minimize any negative outcomes.

Please be advised that BDI does not utilize SolarWinds products, and we do not expect a material impact on the performance of our systems and services. Nevertheless, we continue monitoring the situation while taking precautionary measures to mitigate any application compromise of similar products. Moreover, we are reaching out to our related software providers to determine if they are materially impacted and to evaluate their responses.
