We believe that processing speed enables both performance and quality assurance. As a result, we engineered solutions that would handle the varied demands of simple and complex applications irregardless of job frequency or size.

Document Composition

To meet increasing demand for innovative document design, we selected composition tools and built custom workflows to ensure that we could rapidly parse, validate and merge incoming content as well as compose documents for Web, Print, Marketing and Archive delivery channels.

We make sure to use the optimum tool for the task at hand.

Quality Assurance

Document validation is performed throughout the job process, including print and mailing steps. The customer is involved as well, by way of a Job Approval system that provides document samples and reporting to clarify job events.

We will never underestimate the importance of quality assurance and customer communication.

Flexibility

In the past, if a customer wanted to consolidate content from multiple input files, a service provider was inheriting a unique and usually specialized task. To eliminate this concern (and more), we made sure that our workflows would be task-specific ... so that we could handle the toughest of requests.
