We work with each customer to build the document that is preferred. You can submit your own design(s) or select from a variety of existing templates.
A few of the criteria considered during design include:
- Addition of perferred marketing elements to focus reader attention. (See TransPromo.TransPromo is an industry buzz word for "targeted marketing" and related functionalities. It applies to many facets of document creation and is not limited to any particular manner of delivery.
Adding promotion to existing transaction-related documents has a few advantages over promotion by other means. Financial documents such as statements, bills or certificate renewals typically gain greater end-user attention . These documents, mailed or web-delivered, are a prime category for marketing and compliance-level communications.
At BDI, we provide TransPromo support on all financial documents. Options include: current offerings (web), marketing and compliance messages, attached documents (add-ons), mail inserts, envelope-imprint, etc. The functionality is further enhanced by applying personalized, "one-to-one" communications, generally in support of loan pre-approvals, renewals, escheatment and other response-required communications.

- Data aggregation
BDI regularly merges multiple files prior to document composition. This "aggregated" data can include:

- • Credit card data
- • Mortgage reporting
- • 3rd party rewards programs
- • Annual tax reporting
- • 3rd party targeted marketing
