• Web Hosting - short-term or long-term storage of the documents we generate
• PDF Export with Search Engine - for easy upload and use on your local network
• DVD with Search Engine - shipped to your facility for localized use and long-term storage
• In-House Support - ask how we can help you eliminate the burden of paper backlogs and more

PDF Export

This option consists of delivery of PDF documents for upload to your existing archive platform or backup for retention purposes. We will customize your indexing, as required, for easy upload.

Web Hosting

An extension of our E-Statement service, your documents can be stored on our secure platform with all of the design components of the original document. Each archive includes the key components of a typical archive platform. This service is complemented with optional Document Export files for long-term, in-house storage retention. The strength of this option is that it provides your staff with view/print access to all documents delivered by BDI. It is a remote-access option that fits some institutions well.

PDF Export with Search Engine

This is a replacement option to handling DVD for archive purposes. Your documents are presented, with a built-in search engine, so that you can easily upload periodic updates of documents to your local network server. This is fast becoming the choice for typical DVD user.

DVD with Search Engine

With essential search options built-in to your own DVD, we will provide you with a way to see all the critical documents generated at BDI. For many, this remains the simplest option for customer service inquiries and long-term retention.

In-House Support

Some clients retain an in-house backlog of documents in paper form. No matter the situation, we can help you bring your storage requirements to present time. Options for storage preference are based on your future planning and include remote storage of documents for your in-house access.
