How is it done?
BDI parses all statement-related data with a proprietary XML Parse engine and creates individual XML documents/XML statements that become eligible for data merge,
validation and subsequent processing. In this manner, documents can be designed no matter what data format or layout they are currently confined to.
During this process, documents are identified and processed for output designs requested, potential eDelivery and
archive, marketing messages, mailing inserts, postal sort and more. Sample documents are then made available to
customers for validation purposes in PDF format, or via Fax, and include reports that "mirror" your processing request(s).
Document Strategy for Your Future
Historically, a statement has simply been a reporting or compliance document. Only moderate thought was given to its potential value or the "institution image"
it created upon the end-user. For many years, only large institutions were capable of making the investment to upgrade the "look and feel" of their financial reporting
documents.
Today, this is no longer a requirement. The statement or financial document is a flexible "front-line" reporting product that can be delivered to the
customers of both large and small credit unions and other institutions. It is now possible for the end-user to have a more professional-looking document. Likewise,
individual statements can be designed to focus on meeting the specific marketing targets of both the institution and the customer.
This is the BDI goal in document creation and delivery!
We have targeted all of our workflow production points to support existing and future customer's needs. The result is an ability to accept virtually any data
format and create the output required.
At the same time, we have extended output capabilities to include PDF Statements and HTML Statements for both archive and web. This includes export functionality to
meet the divergent requirements for COLD and EDMS storage as well as any requirements for the future of the web document.
This last "export" commitment is extended to include delivery of documents across all supplier platforms for import/export in addition to the in-house services
described elsewhere at this site.
