Paul Holtzman
President and CEO

Paul Holtzman formed Business Data, Inc. in November, 1984 subsequent to leaving a national service bureau, where he was Vice-President of Operations in the Los Angeles Region. Prior to entering the service sector, Paul successfully held many management positions while under the employ of Xerox Corporation from July, 1967 until February, 1983 (16 years). Paul's experience includes Field Sales Management, Product Marketing, Corporate National Marketing Support, as well as Major Account Sales Management with Xerox Corporation. Paul's last four years of employment with Xerox Corporation were at the Printing Systems Headquarters Division in El Segundo, California, where he was responsible for Xerox Corporate National Accounts Marketing Programs.
Paul resides with his wife, Jan, in Tarzana, California. Paul is a graduate from the University of California in Los Angeles.

Mike Armstrong
CIO

Mike Armstrong has been employed with Business Data, Inc. since its inception in 1984. He has an extensive background in laser printing systems, document design and data workflow, archive storage as well as the mail fulfillment industry. Since 1974, Mike has served in both Operations and Systems management positions for 2 national service organizations at local, regional and national levels.

With an accumulated 28 years of experience in delivering service solutions, Mike and his BDI team are responsible for the design and preparation of all documents processed for eDelivery, printing, inserting and sorting for USPS delivery. He is actively involved in design and integration of new products for both new as well as existing clients. Mike is an alumnus of the University of Southern Illinois.

Annamarie McCowan
CFO

Annamarie McCowan has been employed with Business Data, Inc. since May, 1987. Prior to joining Business Data, Inc., Annamarie was a consultant and certified installer of accounting systems. Annamarie is responsible for all the accounting and administrative functions within the company, In addition, Annamarie is in charge of our pre-sorting operation. Annamarie has a degree in mathematics from Seton Hall University, and an accounting degree from California State University at Northridge.
